I am training for a 5K and today I was unable to do the full 25 minute run. I had to take a potty break during. (Running stirs my waters if you catch my drift.) BUT after my potty break, I did run longer than I ever have before! 16 whole minutes in one clip! I am so excited! That 5K is gonna be mine.
