An indelicate question

Recently I have begun to exercise and eat healthy in attempt to finally lower my weight and live a better life. I am also taking a walking class at my university for kinesiology credit.
But there's a problem.
Every morning when I walk, at about the one mile point, I desperately have to go to the bathroom. Number 2. It's not a phenomenon I'm uncommon with; I've had this problem before.
I've tried pre-walking - I walk the dog for half an hour to 45 minutes, but then I come home and eat breakfast and head to class. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do?

I don't know if this will help our not, but my birth control pill has a diarrhetic in it that would hit me about 6 hours after I took it. So I changed the time I take it and it has helped a lot when it came to having to go at inconvenient times.0

Hahaha yes. Re-work your route so you're closer to your house part way into it.0
