logging weight workouts
Hi All, how do you recommend logging these? A HRM is meant for aerobic activity so might not be accurate. Fair to log as circuit training? For about 15 min of work, I logged 10 min circuit training, since I don't usually rest that much between activities. Does this sound reasonable? thanks!!

"free foods"/veggies-- do you count in your log?
Hi All, Just wondering what people think about counting low cal veggies in the calorie counting. I've not done WW, but I tend to count the "free foods" as those I don't need to log, like lettuce, broccoli, celery, cucumbers, cauliflower.
