Although there might have been several posts based on this, I'll still ask: How can I adjust my body to accept losing from 2 pounds to 1 pounds per week? My issue is that I'm soon close to my goal and I feel that I should slow down, but I'm not entirely sure.
Although I didn't notice right away, a few nights ago I realized that my back wasn't in some sort of discomfort like it was before I start joining MFP. Probably was the ugly fat rolls on my back. And now I can sleep without any back issues. :smile:
