how much is 4 ounces?
My son just bought me a kitchen scale. He said he was proud of me sticking to my fitness plan. I weighed four ounces of pork, four ounces of pasta and four ounces of broccoli. Amazing the difference! I am so excited to begin making more informed food choices.

looking for stretching exercises
I am 5'5", 133 lb and 54 years (female). I am a great walker, but want to add stretching to my routine. Does anyone have a site or good ideas of what would be appropriate. I have not tried yoga, but would consider it. (Although it might clash with my manic personality.

going wayyy over my daily allotment
How do you deal with a major slip? I should be at 1300 calories a day. Today, I went on a bratwurst and brownie splurge and came out almost 1000 calories over that. How do I get back on track, get over the guilt, and allow that it may happen again. Right now, I am not happy with myself.

calcium supplements
Anyone have trouble getting the calcium amounts to show up correctly in their food log? If I enter 1200 mg; my log only shows 12o and tabulates my daily total accordingly.
