looking for stretching exercises

I am 5'5", 133 lb and 54 years (female). I am a great walker, but want to add stretching to my routine. Does anyone have a site or good ideas of what would be appropriate. I have not tried yoga, but would consider it. (Although it might clash with my manic personality.

    Bikram yoga is great for getting all stretched out and could suit someone who has a very active mind. It will also help you focus and calm your mind a bit. It's extreme but quite awesome!

    Agree... Bikram yoga is great for focus and it's really quite a hard workout :)

    Otherwise you can always get a basic yoga video and try that out. The main reason I recommend yoga to other stretching is that it's really good for stretching and strengthening your back which has a huge impact on the rest of your body.
