No weight loss
I'm 25 178. Been on for 2 weeks 1200-1500 calories burning 450ish calories. Netting between 670-830 calories after workout! I sometimes eat the calories back but normally I'm not hungry. No weight loss is very disappointing. What gives?

Started this last wend. ok after some research i found that my tdee is 2454, 20% of that is 1964 calories. How the heck am i supposed to lose weight eating that much? MFP says so eat 1200...... i am 5'2 178 pounds, i really want to lose 52 pounds! How do I do it..... i am so lost an need help
