Wondering if going a day or two in a row with shakes, (Body Fortress Strawberry) and one healthy meal is going to be bad for me. I'm thinking that a shake for breakfast, one for lunch and a regular meal for dinner. Maybe a light snack in between. I'd like to "shake" this last 5 lbs for good!! The calorie count is low, but…
