Wondering if going a day or two in a row with shakes, (Body Fortress Strawberry) and one healthy meal is going to be bad for me. I'm thinking that a shake for breakfast, one for lunch and a regular meal for dinner. Maybe a light snack in between. I'd like to "shake" this last 5 lbs for good!! The calorie count is low, but all the vitamins and good stuff are there. Sooo.. should I do this two days in a row, and do my normal workout as needed on these days? Thanks!

Personally I wouldn't. Make sure your goal is set correctly (0.5lbs per week). The only reason a shake would make you lose would be the decrease of calories which won't help you once you stop drinking the shakes.
I also find Body Fortress to not be the greatest of protein powder and it makes my stomach hurt.0
