Kind Bars: Friend or Foe?
Hi All! I was just wondering what everyones take is on these. I love them, and they do seem to help keep me full (probably the nuts in them?) but they are an upwards of 13/14 grams of fat and while some are low sugar, I am wondering if it's the same as eating a snickers bar?! Feeling Discouraged!
This will be my 16th day in a row logging in. I have tried to be very adamant about logging EVERYTHING and for the last week I have worked out (taking a spin class with a HRM). Ate WAYYY too much yesterday!!!ERRR!

I just started MFPon June 30th. I am a Cheez-it junkie. I LOVE THEM. I really don't think I can give them up but I can definitely cut back and just eat a serving size once or twice a week.
