To measure or not to measure?
Obviously weight we measure, but what about arms, thighs, waist etc. how much is too much to track? At what point do all the numbers create stress if they don't change?

Exercise and I are getting reacquainted after too many years apart. :p I tried zumba in September and love it! In September I was wiped out after 10 minutes...better than none. In November I could do 16 minutes...yay! Today I've worked up to 20 minutes...YESSSS!! I'm lovin' life today!

Baby steps
I haven't lost a whole lot yet and have slipped back a little now and then, but I thought my pants were fitting a little differently lately so I remeasured out of curiosity...lost an inch off hips and half an inch from neck! How cool a surprise is that!

bought a new scale...
...it's snazzy, sleek, digital with cool blue background, has a decimal place so i can see if I gain or lose even a small amount....and it says I weigh more than the older style scale I was using. *sighs*

I found this site a few months ago and piddled around with it, but didn't keep up with it after a week or so. Realizing that I weigh more now than I did this time last year (after losing 14 lbs last fall and regaining) I MUST get myself in order. I'm ready to truly give this a go. I've looked around the site more recently…
