Too much vitamin A?
I've noticed that I consistently get over 100% vitamin A, usually between 150-300% since I've restarted MFP at the beginning of this year. Confused about this "net calories under weekly goal"
I'm a bit confused about how to use the "net calories under weekly goal" in the weekly tab. Is that supposed to (somehow!) equal 3500 calories if I'm aiming for 1 lb./ week loss? The week's half over and I'm nowhere near that. If not, what does the weekly tab keep track of? Thanks for any clarification!

Ronzoni pasta confusion
On the nutrition info box of Ronzoni whole grain pasta (penne rigate), it says that 2 oz. of uncooked pasta is 1 serving, that there are 7 servings in a box. However, on the cooking directions on the back of the box, it says that one serving is 1/4 of the box, and that a whole box is 4 servings. Which do you suppose is…
