Too much vitamin A?

I've noticed that I consistently get over 100% vitamin A, usually between 150-300% since I've restarted MFP at the beginning of this year. Today and on Saturday I was over 600%, due to soup and a salad, both packed with veggies. Is this bad? Should I be eating different vegetables? (And if so, what vegetables other than lettuce and celery don't have vitamin A?) I should mention I've recently gone from vegetarian to vegan, so vegetables are (obviously) my main food source.

This should help:

But you probably don't need to worry about it. You need a lot of vitamin A to OD.0 -
