Hormone condition - Dr. orders only 1100 calories/day :(
Is anyone else out there being treated for extreme endometriosis? I have been on hormone injections for 6 months - which caused a sudden and sharp weight gain. The doctor put me on a strict 1100 calorie per day diet. I don't feel like it's enough! I'm starving AND not losing weight (3 weeks into my effort.) What would you…

Do you log cold/flu medications?
I am sick :( I have been downing Vitamin C drops, Dayquil/Nyquil, hot tea, and other 'feel better' stuff. Does this change my calorie intake for the day? There has to be some suger or honey or something in all this.
