Anyone know where you can get a decent heart rate monitor for a good deal. I have seen some but they look cheap and I dont know how well they work. Dont want to spend alot on buying one.
I have been doing amazingly well during the week...yet on the weekend its so hard to keep on track. I dont have internet on my phone and I am rarely home with activities and three kids to log in online form my home computer. Once I way in on Monday my weight is back up to where I started. Any advice????

Hey Just wondring if anyone has taken any meditation classes? Do they really help with well- being and stress. I think alot of my struggles with weightloss come hand in hand with unhappiness, stress, depression..life in general. Just wondering if anyone has tried it..and maybe what types of meditation to start with.
