how to log 30 day shred
hi guys was just wondering how i log the 30 day shred for my daily exercise , up to now i have been putting it as circuit training general is this right? how do you guys log it?

i have been doing the 30 day shred i finished lvl one and had a couple of days off during that time my left ankle has become so very sore n slightly swollen im not sure if its from the jumping jacks maybe i dont know has anyone else had any problems with their ankles doing the shred

calorie goal
should i try to aim to eat under my daily calorie goal and if so how many under and also do i have to eat the calories that i burn with exercise sorry if this sound like a dumb question
