WEEK 4! Already?
I still can't believe that I have been working out for 3 weeks straight! I know that this is the toughest week with the amount of minutes we do but man, I really think it is working!

How is everyone doing? We are over half way done and this week and next have huge workouts! Hope everyone is doing well! So far, I'm loving it!

Day 14 - 80 min!
By far the most hardest I have ever worked out. Those 2 workouts together really make me tired and exhausted but I was able to finish them. Hope everyone else is have a good V-day!\ SORRY! THIS IS DAY !6! Not 14! Thinking of Feb 14th!

Day 13 - WEEK 3!
Ready for Week 3? I just finished Day 13 workout Kickboxing plus Bonus Abs.... Kickboxing is going to be a lot this week! I'm loving it! I just hope that I keep feeling the burn because then I stay motivated to keep going. Good luck this week!

Day 9 Kick plus Recovery Upper
Just finished it (11pm)... almost had myself talked out of doing the recovery but I have come this far and decide now wasn't the time to slack.... so it was a good workout, feel tired, but not to sore yet. Good night everyone! Have great workouts tomorrow!

Day 10
Well, it is a Yoga day... I did 20 mins of it last night and stopped because I just wasn't into it and was getting sloppy in my form. So I'll finish it tonight and start on Day 11 ( will be an easy one for us since it is only 20 mins!) Have a good day everyone!

Day 8 Upper plus Upper
Hi guys! Just finished this... (I have been trying to do next day's workout the night before). I feel if I ever get behind, I won't want to finish this so I try and stay ahead. Anyway - what a workout. I was really pushing through the 40 min Upper and thought how was I going to finish the recovery for 20....but I felt more…

Day 2
Well, I did the Kickboxing last night and boy, was that a workout! Where does she get all the energy! I feel great this morning even with the sore muscles. Hope that everyone is having a good day! Good luck!

Day 5 - Kickboxing
Love it! I felt so good after the workout this time. Lets hope I keep this feeling until I do the Upper Body workout! Have a good day everyone!

How was Yoga everyone? I felt like my arms and shoulders hurt more than anything else!

Day 3 - Upper
OMG.....I feel so weak! How do you guys get through that workout. This is the first workout in a long time that I actually had to stop and take a break to get through it. I'm only using 5# weights so I can't even image you guys using more weight. You guys totally rock! Good luck to everyone today!.

Day1
Just finished this tonight because I have a feeling I'm going to need a extra rest day somewhere in the next 28 days. What I really liked is that I felt challenged but not overwhelmed like I couldn't do the workout. The next time I do it, I know that I will even do it harder... great first day! Burned 403 calories!:smile:

Need a New Scale - Brands?
I need a new scale because I'm tired of getting different results within minutes of each other. Within less than a minute I had 2 readings at one number and then 3 more at a different number that was 4 pounds higher!!! So - can you please share with me if you like your scale and what brand it is. I need to love my scale…

Yep, today is the day!
That I'm going to get on the right path to being healthy.... I'm so excited about this site! I tracking is what I have been looking for in the other sub-categories like carbs, protein etc....:happy: My friend showed me this site and I'm glad that we can do this together.
