  • Just finished Day 2 of the Xtreme 2.0. I loved the first 28 days because it really got me started on the fitness journey so it is nice having a schedule that is a little more reasonable time way. Those 80 min days were a killer but they were worth it! Good luck everyone!

  • I was suprised how little calories I was burning also but I also realized that my heart rate wasn't very high compared to what I thought it would be.   • Feeling a little sore from the 20 lower recovery, but other than that, pretty good. I will start day 8 tonight after the game. I'm sure my arms are going to be sore tomorrow!   • Keep at it, I'm the same way.... it is hard to get the time to get the workouts in which is why I'm working out at 9:30- 10pm.... it seems to be the only time. I'm so uncoordinated also, it is a good thing I don't have mirrors where I work out!

  • ohhhh that is a hard one because it changes daily for me... can't live without my coffee today, can't live without my mini kit-kats yesterday.... but mainly my coffee because it is loaded with cream and sugar... !

  • Yep, in the same boat as you, almost word or word (except for the brother on the site)..... good luck this year!!!! That is what is great about this place, so much support is out there especially when you have a bad day!
