If I can only make it to the gym 3 days a week, does it matter if those 3 days are all in a row??
I've been doing so good lately ... eating healthy and staying within my calorie range. Tonight my daughter and I went to Panda Express. I ate way too much, and I feel so full and bloated. Ugh!! I can't believe I used to stuff myself with TOO MUCH food like that all the time!
