Ugh! Why did I eat that?

I've been doing so good lately ... eating healthy and staying within my calorie range. Tonight my daughter and I went to Panda Express. I ate way too much, and I feel so full and bloated. Ugh!! I can't believe I used to stuff myself with TOO MUCH food like that all the time!

I had Panda Express last week.
Ordered the steamed white rice, mixed veggies, and orange chicken.
When I got home I weighed it all and cut each item exactly in half. Did half for dinner one day, half the next day. Calorie-wise I did okay, did not go over my daily goal, but sodium was thru the roof.
Overall not too bad.
Just don't eat the whole thing in one sitting.0 -
I like to order the kids meal. Ends up being a perfect serving size.0

In the end, I kicked myself in the pants and did better the next day. It's your only viable choice.0 -
lots and lots of water....flush that sodium out.

Thanks everyone! Luckily, I did well the rest of today ... and my "official" weigh-in day isn't until Friday.
