Bloated and Full
Does anyone else lose their appetite when it's their ToM? I don't feel like eating, and I have 900 calories left. Am I supposed to use my calories? I feel like I should take advantage of the fact that I'm not hungry, but I've also heard that if you don't eat your calories, it will cause your metabolism to drop. Advice?…
