Bloated and Full

Does anyone else lose their appetite when it's their ToM? I don't feel like eating, and I have 900 calories left. Am I supposed to use my calories? I feel like I should take advantage of the fact that I'm not hungry, but I've also heard that if you don't eat your calories, it will cause your metabolism to drop.

Advice?

    You are lucky. It's during this time that I get most of my cravings and put on the pounds.

    So if you have a loss in your apetite ... that means your metabolism has dropped. My advise for you is to go and do some extra exercise and eat the calories you are supposed to boost it up. Your body might be storing anything you eat at this point making you less hungry and making you bloated. Boost your metabolism!

    Also a study done has shown that during the period the carbohydrate metabolism is boosted up. And it's during the other time that teh fat metabolism is boosted up. So plan your meals accordingly.
