I have been losing weight (through diet change and exercise- 95 pounds in a little over 2 years) and since becoming more active last July, I have suffered foot pain in both feet. Here is a timeline of my weightless so far. Started March 10, 2010 on my 40th BDay. Here I am on my 42nd Bday, 88 pounds lighter! From March 2010 to May 2011 I lost 18 pounds and from May 2011 to March 10, 2012 is 70 pounds.
