Heel Spurs & Plantar Fasciitis

I have been losing weight (through diet change and exercise- 95 pounds in a little over 2 years) and since becoming more active last July, I have suffered foot pain in both feet. Orthotics made the situation worse and now have had cortisone shots in both feet (4 different areas). The pain is really the only thing holding me back from doing the more active, 'bounce on my feet', aerobic activities. I want to try them, but the pain is unbearable. I know there are 2 heel spurs on the left foot and 1 on the right. The plantar fascia on both feet are irritated. The sesamoid bones on the left foot are no longer irritated and the side of the foot pain on the right is lessening.
Yeah, you can say my feet are pretty messed up.
I have been looking for any relief possible and have read about soaking feet in apple cider vinegar. Any one try this or have something that has worked for them?

I had PF and saw a sports physical therapist. What he did was ice the bottom of the foot, do aggressive deep massage of the area, and then re-ice. At night, I wore a leg splint to keep the foot flexed. Also, do calf stretches.0
