Question! Eating more calories without increasing sodium?
I've been eating regularly, breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, and am not trying to starve myself but was eating around 1000-1200 calories and burning 400-600 a day on average for a net around 600 (and if we're being really honest usually lower).
