Work/walking
Ok so I work retail as a cashier. In my exercise if I work 8 hours then I would put I walked 3 hours. Would that be accurate? I do walk the sure some plus bagging items and things like that. So on my work out I would have 3 hours walking and like 30 min cleaning? Would that be accurate?

I know how to set my settings., I dont set my setting based in my job cuz I dont work everyday so my setting is a ***** below it. Di when I ask about logging in my exercise, I'm talking about what I do above it.

Today is my day!!
Today, I go back to work after being on bed rest for the past 2 to 3 weeks. I'm ready for a new me. I ned all the support, motivation, and help that I can get. If you have any advice our suggestions, please feel free to share!

Not a good first day
Well I started today doing this again. I want to lose 50 lbs. I had a miscarriage last night so I'm not exactly in a good mood. I need advice and support on how I can do this healthy but quick. I did do an hour walk & I do plan to work out. Especially with running add walking. Any advice would be great!!
