Really hard

First, I want to apologize for my being rude before. Just plain and simple, I've been bitter for many reasons. Ok so I set my work activity according to my work. Use to I would add my work exercise because my settings was set below it. Now I have it set to it and I'm having trouble burning more calories. I dont have a gym and my place is tiny. Walking paths only basically. I need advice in some things I could do. I dont want to eat less or starve til I lose cuz I want my eating habit normal. Help!!!

    You can try the C25K. Basically it starts you out slowly running/walking till you can eventually run a 5k. You can find more information about it on www.c25k.com.

    I know this would be difficult, at first, because your on your feet all day at work. But this really is a good program.

    When I'm confined to a small space but still need to work out. I do jumping jacks . I know it sounds silly, but they kick my butt. Not slow ones , I do them as fast as I can for as long as I can

    Is there any place you can go and walk stairs? I read where one lady on here walks stairs for 30 minutes and burns about 500 calories.
