Hi Guys, I really would like to do this running programme but other than walking I've not done any real exercise in a few years and I have 154lbs to loose. Will I be ok to do this? Has anyone else done this as heavy as I am? Thanks

Calories in asda chicken thighs
Does anyone know if I remove the skin how many calories there are in the meat left just for an average thigh? Thanks

Going for a stroll do you add that as exercise?
We've done a good 30 minute walk this morning but I'm not sure whether to count it or not. I have a 17 month old little boy so whilst at work I'm say at a desk 3 times a week the other days we are out and about do any of you include a little work or just when you gym it etc? Help with pasta calories
Weighed out 209 grams dried weight fusili pasta the calories on the back say 100gs is 156 calories now I'm eating it I think I bet that's cooked weight oh crap! What do I put the calories down as? Thanks guys feel a right numpty!

5 days in and I lost 5lbs so really pleased with that. Will have Saturdays as my official weigh in and do a mid week check on a Wednesday. Anyone know how I update my profile to put in my start weight? It has my weight down as of today at 341 but I started at 346? Thanks

New scales so annoyed
So today is day 5 and I last weighed myself at my sisters house and was 346lbs. Ordered some new scales they arrived yesterday so went to weigh this morning admittedly in carpet and they said 15st the first time then 20 the next so annoyed would carpet make that much difference??
