Maintenance...how do you do it?
I've nearly reached my goal of 51kg :) but the question is how do u maintain your weight? I know u can set your cals to maintenance level on here, but what about the nutritional goals, mine are currently set at 40/30/30...do u still think that i would need to follow these not to gain weight? Too many calories!!
Sooo I'm finding it hard to eat all of my calories most of the time, i have 1200 set per day then on the days i exercise (3-4 times a week) i have an extra 250-500 I want to eat as healthy as possible but i find 1200 too much if i'm having a really good day, most days i will consume 800-1000 calories.
