Need a plan to build back strength & endurance - Help!
I recently completed 60 days on the HCG diet. They recommend you don't exercize, and I didn't. I definitely feel very weak compared to before the diet. I used to walk 3-4 miles a day, ran a 5k last year, and did some sporadic weight lifting. I would love any input as to how to build back my strength and endurance. The sun…
