Need a plan to build back strength & endurance - Help!

I recently completed 60 days on the HCG diet. They recommend you don't exercize, and I didn't. I definitely feel very weak compared to before the diet. I used to walk 3-4 miles a day, ran a 5k last year, and did some sporadic weight lifting.
I would love any input as to how to build back my strength and endurance. The sun is finally out in South Dakota and I am ready to go. But I don't want to over do it, and I am a bit nervous about doing it the right way.
Thanks for any help you send my way!!!

As long as you start slowly since you feel you lost some of your energy, you should be fine. If you have only been out of it for 60 days, you should be able to get back to it relatively quickly. Just listen to your body and you cant go wrong.0
