I think I've been getting a "runner's high", it's like my body goes on auto pilot and my mind is elsewhere. I dont know how good this may be but I know I like how it feels, does this happen to some of you? Just wondering.
Does anyone have a simple recipe for steel cut oats? Crockpot or Stove top is fine. Thanks :)
