How to calculate rice cals!?
Ok so im a bit confused, it says on the packaging of my rice 100grams = 350 calls, so measure out 100grams and cook, once cooked the weight goes up so 100grams of cooked rice, is it different? How do you calculate the cals?

Back again and in need of support - NZ or anyone
Hi all, well I'm back for round 2 of this journey I completely feel off the band wagon for 2-3 months, I had lost 10kg and I have now put back on 5 of those kgs! Argh, so I'm back again and hope I can stick to it and complete my goal. Im in need of some support and motivators and I will do the same.

Just curious as to where you see the weight coming off? For me it seems to be my waist! Its getting quite small, and making my tummy look even bigger, arggh!

quick easy lunch ideas
Hi guys am after some quick and easy lunch ideas, things I can prepare the night before would be great, I usually have a sandiwch of some sort and some fruit or crackers, but its bumping up my calories too much and not leaving much for dinner. All ideas appreciated!
