Ive been feeling super tired for about 2 yrs. i was diagnosed with depression and statrted takin paxil ...i stopped taking it about 1 week ago cuz i feel like it gets me more tired ...do any of you know what i can take so i can be energized and actually be able to get up and exercise with out me dragging myself to exercise…
Im takin anti-depressants because my dr recommended that I take them ...the whole thing with my weight and work and everything else has affected me somehow im eating more ..especially when I feel down ...ill eat good in the beginning of the day and then at night i tend to get hungrier n hungrieIm takin anti-depressants…
How many calories do you burn if you do zumba for an hr?
I sometimes have a hard time making bfast I really dont want to keep drinkin coffee cuz of all the sugar that is being added so can.n e one give me ideas or show me pics on what they have for bfast...i would really appreciate the help :)
i just started getting into zumba and i saw that on MFP it doesnt have the calories that are being burned..does anyone know how many calories are being burned?please help THANKS :flowerforyou:
