Too much Vitamin A?
So, in my attempts to eat more leafy greens and beans, (I'm guessing that the kale I add to everything is the biggest culprit) I find that I am consistently getting between 700-1400% of my RDA (or what MFP sets as my RDA). I vaguely remember from 8th grade science that A is a fat soluble nutrient...so I'm a little nervous…
