Too much Vitamin A?

So, in my attempts to eat more leafy greens and beans, (I'm guessing that the kale I add to everything is the biggest culprit) I find that I am consistently getting between 700-1400% of my RDA (or what MFP sets as my RDA). I vaguely remember from 8th grade science that A is a fat soluble nutrient...so I'm a little nervous about taking in that much as often as I am.
Someone who knows: what do I need to be doing to offset/counteract all of this? Can't give up on the greens, right? (Oh, and I don't take a multi-vitamin or anything like that - all my intake is purely food based.)
