I'm always on target for my calories everyday and under for protein and fat but carbs are always at least 60 over..... I have such a sweet tooth that I would rather forego meat in a sarnie at lunch time if I know I can have a choc bar for pudding... Anyone else like this or got any tips?
If you earn 100 cals from doing exercise, it is a good idea to eat them or to ignore them and just stick to your cal allowance for the day? Will it make a difference to weight loss?:wink:
