Too many carbs

I'm always on target for my calories everyday and under for protein and fat but carbs are always at least 60 over.....
I have such a sweet tooth that I would rather forego meat in a sarnie at lunch time if I know I can have a choc bar for pudding...
Anyone else like this or got any tips?

    I have the exact opposite problem.

    I am not a sweets eater and am always over on my protein and low on carbs.

    what sources do you get your carbs from?

    I am a big carb/sweets girl too. Try to make sure you are getting your carbs from whole grains and complex carbs, instead of refined carbs or pure sugar. And make sure you are getting SOME protein with your carbs, that will help you avoid a sugar crash which makes you crave more carbs.

    I don't know if you can find these where you are, but when my sweet tooth is killing me, I try a sugar-free chocolate pudding or skinny cow ice cream. i really like the popsicles or ice cream sandwiches because they are portion controlled.
