Disabled female wanting support
Hi all. I'm 3 foot 4 and I think I roughly weigh 7 stone (I'm not sure though as I can't weight myself!) Anyway I want to come down to about 5 stone, or comfortably fit size 8 clothes again. Looking for support and encouragement, especially as I find it virtually impossible to do exercise. Thanks x

So I told my mum today about me counting calories and she then got the paper and showed me the front page which was saying 'new research' suggests that it's more about the quality of food you eat rather than the calorie intake. Spare skin
My boyfriend and I are both trying to loose weight and get healthy, but one thing that I think puts us both off is the prospect of potentially being left with lots of spare skin. Are there any tips on how to avoid this?

Around cal' goal, but estimated to gain weight?
Hi I'm new to here, and I have been recording what I eat for the past dew days. So far I'm coming in just under or just over my cal' goal, but the 'if this is what you eat everyday for 5 weeks' thing always say's ill gain weight. Do all my figures (i.e fat, sugar, carbs etc) have to be in the green too?
