I KNOW I have been MIA for a while. But I come back, and nothing has changed. I have 44 friends on here. 4 out of those 44 make daily posts. Not posts about their food or their exercise, but actual POSTS..about their day, how they are feeling, ect. And I see their other pals commenting and such..and I think "Where's mine?"…
Everyone knows this hasn't been easy. I've almost given up a few times, and I've even "paused" even more. But I am proud of myself for this year. I honestly could not have done it without help from MFP. Thank you so much MFP! You are forever in my heart <3

I have tennis elbow * Lateral epicondylitis, also known as tennis elbow* in my right arm. With losing weight now, I'm getting the hangy skin under my arms. I've tried doing chest presses and some other arm exercises that are to help with that but it aggravates my arm and causes pain for weeks at a time. So I stopped. But I…
