Confusion! -- Ground Turkey!!
I want to make spaghetti tonight... I know the calories in my sauce (Ragu-chucky-tomato, basil, garlic ='s 80) and I know the calories in 2oz of noodles (210) ...but when I factor in my ground turkey I am not sure how much to eat. It says that 4oz is 160 calories... how much is 4oz of ground turkey??

Exercise Calories ... What the heck am I doing wrong??
So, I guess I am fairly new to MFP. I have logged my food and exercise daily (well minus one day when there was a Mexican Feast Fiasco, haha) ... and now I am worried that I have been calculating the exercise calories wrong and using wrong and that I am going to start gaining weight because of it.
