34 years old, bad back, married 11 years, 3 kids, I own this year (transformation pics)
Core was my weak area, I have had back issues for years, I lost 20 lbs in about 8 months, kept it off and kept moving forward. It has been a 10 month transformation. The workouts are easy, its the 100 days I have been on MFP that has really created the overall change.

Do you eat Chobani or Oikos Greek and leave the fruit alone?
I am adding two 5.3 oz yogurt cups to my day everyday. Love the stuff. Its my go to snack and its loaded with Protein. I have just finished my second round of p90X. I ate good but didnt eat clean until 18 days ago. In just that short time I shrunk and started to see my abs.
