Protein Shakes, which one?
I am looking for a good protein shake, that doesn't have a lot of sugar....I know there is slim fast, kellogg's protein shakes, so which one....I know there is protein powder too....but I am new to that so before I do that...I want to slowly transition to the powder stuff...any info would be great...

Has anyone ever tried juicing...does it work??? Any suggestions or recommendations on a juicer that won't be worth an arm or a leg...lol...

PCOS and Maintenance
Another PCOS Question: After you lose all the weight you want, is maintenance difference for us? Do we eat maintenance calories or still the reduced caloric intake. My fear is once I lose the weight and start the maintenance calories, I would gain weight? Anyone have any experience?

Hi all, Wanted to ask once you lost all of the weight you wanted to lose and let's you were eating 1200 calories....what did MFP calculate as your maintenance caloric intake...how much more was it???

2 ?'s: Pedometer and Weight Scale
1. I have a Omron Pedometer....it shows calories burned....but does it only work with the aerobic steps??? 2. My scale changes numbers on me if I put it on a different part of the floor...if I put the scale on the same spot for all my weigh ins that would fix the problem right???

Somebody tell me if what I am thinking is correct? I calculated the amount of calories for me to maintain my current weight, which is 2100 calories. I am on a 1200 calorie diet with MFP, which doesn't account the exercise so with this I have 900 calorie deficit. This is one of the many reasons of why I should (which I do)…

New! Eat Calories You Burn
I have searched on the message boards...but I still don't get it... Why are we supposed to eat back the calories we burn...wouldn't that slower the process of losing weight if not stop it??? Is there an equation I am not understanding completely yet.... Thanks for the insight and wealth of info
