I am one week in and I need some friends to talk to dailey so that I want fall off the healthy wagon. I do better when I feel like someone is in it with me so if there are any mfp member who are exactly like me or would like to help me out I'm all ears.

Well I had a major set back today. I ate a whole pepperoni pizza from pietanza. I started out with me going to have a cheat day, u know eat three slices and go walk some of it off. Too much Sugar
I am making my daily calorie intake for the most part but I am always over on my sugar, is that ok? Already this morning I am over 18 g with a small apple and a yogurt for breakfast.

Well I am new to MFP and I am looking forward to taking of about 10-15 lbs. I'm not that big of a girl I'm just not satified with my urrent weight. Im in the military and exercise on a regular, but I love my loaded potatoes and candy. I need some help cutting back on my unhealthy snacks so hopefully you all can keep me on…
