I've been consistently losing until these last ten pounds. The last month I've been up and down the same two pounds! So frustrating. Know my BMR now what?
I had an inbody scale assessment done today at my local YMCA. It was very informative! I am 5,1 and weigh 161.4 with 72 pounds of fat and 89 pounds of lean body mass. Nuts
Are they worth using up so many of my daily calories? One serving (30g) of unsalted mixed nuts for 190 calories! Seems like a waste but I don't want to never have them again.
