No really - this time I will lose weight
OK - so yes, I joined MyFitnessPal a while back, did it for a few months, and then got distracted. Whoops. With an impending wedding in October, I'm hoping this will help motivate me to finally lose the 30 pounds I gained while attending graduate school. Would be great to get some friends so I can stay motivated here! I am…

85th day, but need a new start
I have been logging everyday for 85 days. Lost 9 pounds, then stopped, and have now somehow started gaining pounds back...I need to re-energize! And could use some extra friends to keep me motivated. Fitbit calorie adjustments
I have had a Fitbit for a while, but I just recently synced it up with MFP. I'm curious how many of these extra calories people eat. It adds at least 600 calories to my daily allowance and that seems like a lot... Any advice or life experience would be greatly appreciated!

What do you do when you've just finished lunch and you only have 100-ish calories left for the day? And you don't have time to work out? Do you guys give yourself some "flex" calories throughout the week? Thanks! Sarah

Extra chocolate during that time of the month
Is it OK to indulge a bit more with the chocolate intake if I fit it into my calorie allowance? I have a tendency to eat an entire Lindt "Touch of Salt" bar (it's about 475 calories) when having my period. Is that too many calories for sweets?

New! In NYC and obsessed with Jillian Michaels' podcasts
I'm looking to lose 20-30 pounds (gained this much in the past 3 1/2 years), and have been trying Weight Watchers for a while and it has not been successful. Since I listen to Jillian Michaels' podcasts so often I thought I would finally take her advice of counting calories. It seems to make sense. Hoping to connect with…
