Importing food logs into word/excel?
Does anyone know a way to import a food log on MFP? I'm trying to get a list of foods I logged over the last 7 days. All I can figure out how to do is get a Report based on nutrition, fitness or progress. If you know how I can get these details besides copy/paste, please let me know. Thank you!

Vitamin D Deficient
I recently received lab results from doctor that I'm deficient in Vitamin D. For now she's prescribed 50,000 I.U. which once weekly for 8 weeks. Then after that I will take an over the counter 800 I.U. vitamin D/day and have my levels re-checked in 6 months. Any tips for getting my levels up besides the vitamin supplements?
