Hi All! So I have heard that you should stop stop eating at a certine time before bed, it help you shed some pounds. Well i think thats kinds crazy. Really if it was that easy, would i need to lose wieght? well i guess maybe i am a late night muncher. Well has anyone done this and know if it works. i as just wondering

I was just wondering, I have heard it alot... " just eat slower, let your food settle and you wont eat as much" i know if you consume healthier smart food, instead of junk, you can stay fuller longer, but does eating it slower help you eat less? just wondering, and wanted your feed back! thanks! =D
