I was told I should never chew gum again, and have not since my sleeve 2 years ago. I will be flying next week for the first time since my surgery. I have always needed to chew gum during take off and landing for my ears. Any suggestions?

I am sooooo tired. It is all I can do right now to get through the work day. My surgeon's PA said this is normal, since I am taking in about 1/3 of calories I was before my preop diet. Here we go!!! Two weeks from now I will be in surgery. Started my liver reduction diet today. I work in an elementary school and this is our last week. Needless to say, food abounds :( I will just keep telling myself affirmations to get me through.
