I'll be heading to NOLA in a couple of weeks and I am kinda dreading the messing up my diet part. I'm excited to see the city, attend Mardi Gras and just experience it but one of the main reasons I used to want to go before was for the food! How do I experience all the great food and not completely RUIN my diet?!
Has anyone done a cleanse? Are they safe to do if you are just starting your weight loss journey?
